Small but tangible steps to preserve good health can be taken everyday. An example of a small step that reaps big benefits is adopting a healthy mindset. Positive thoughts help to generate healthful body chemistry. Threats to thinking positively are always present. With practice, we can train our minds to counter negative thoughts with positive thoughts. Positive thoughts help to diffuse stress and fuel energy levels. Remember that oftentimes good health begins with one small positive thought!
